Struggling to sit and read something? I LOVED dropping in and out of this. It was absolutely the light-hearted, easy read I needed at the beginning of this quarantine.

The Devil in the White City: Murder, Magic, and Madness at the Fair that Changed America (Paperback)
This was our April read for the Stranger than Fiction book club and it was incredibly well-done. A jambalaya of history, intrigue, criminality, architecture and so much more-- I highly recommend this absorbing read.

What can I really say other than this is just an excellent book? In a time where we are frequently being forced to take a look at who we really are, this couldn't be a better read.

If you're still looking for something utterly delightful-- look no further. What happens when two people decide to share a flat (apartment) but agree to never meet? A story that's so charming, it's been translated into over 30 languages.

Andie J. Christopher hits her stride with this witty and entertaining follow-up to "Not the Girl You Marry." If you need a pick-me-up, this is it.
