About the Hosts
Will loves books that take place at the beach, because he likes to visualize himself at a tropical beach whenever possible. When he’s not reading (which is pretty much never), he’s drinking iced coffee and scrolling through dating apps at the hidden upstairs of the Starbucks on Penn, which happens to be where Will and Anna first had the idea of starting Chilly P’s. If you don’t like Haruki Murakami, Will probably won’t be friends with you.
Anna grew up in Seattle on lunches of soggy tomato sandwiches, while reading old novels like Dracula in a closet voraciously. After launching Chilly P’s with Will in 2018 her life has come full circle. In order to finish the month’s book, she will literally lock herself in the office electrical closet for several hours. She enjoys true crime, spicy foods, breaking a sweat, as well as exploring the hidden alleys of Capitol Hill.
