Can I return books or cards purchased through the subscription program? 

Only exchanges are allowed after a book or card has been mailed. Books or cards must be in salable (brand new) condition. 

What if I don't like a selection? 

Let us know! We look forward to reader feedback on all of our selections. If you really don't think you'll enjoy the book, please see answer above for our return and exchange policy.

How do I cancel a subscription?

To cancel a subscription, simply email us at Please note that in order for us to have time to process cancellations, we must be notified before the 1st of each month in order for you to receive a refund for the upcoming and remaining months. 

I don't need shipping, can I pick up books or cards in the store?

Yes! Simply select a monthly subscription, and indicate "In-Store Pick-Up" as your preferred delivery method. You will not be charged for shipping.
